Key Responsibilities

  • **Client Reception** — Welcome clients warmly, ensure a luxury and comfortable arrival experience, and guide them through check‑in procedures.
  • **Appointment Management** — Handle bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and schedule coordination using the clinic’s booking system.
  • **Customer Service** — Provide accurate information about treatments, prices, promotions, and clinic policies.
  • **Front Desk Operations** — Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • **Phone & WhatsApp Handling** — Answer calls, respond to WhatsApp inquiries, and follow up with clients professionally and promptly.
  • **Payment Processing** — Manage billing, issue receipts, and coordinate with the finance team.
  • **Record Keeping** — Update client profiles, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • **Coordination** — Work closely with therapists, nurses, and management to ensure seamless client flow.
  • **Sales Support** — Promote treatments, packages, and skincare products when appropriate.
  • **Complaint Handling** — Address client concerns professionally and escalate when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • **Customer Service Experience** in hospitality, beauty, wellness, or medical clinics.
  • Strong communication skills in **English**; **Arabic** or other languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance and grooming aligned with aesthetic industry standards.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments is an advantage.
  • Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
