Business Development & Marketing Executive
About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building client relationships, increasing brand awareness, and supporting the growth of the clinic’s services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate companies, and healthcare partners.
- Promote clinic services and increase market presence.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media platforms and support digital marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
- Support patient acquisition and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
