Business Development & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate companies, and healthcare partners.
• Promote clinic services and increase market presence.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Manage social media platforms and support digital marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
• Support patient acquisition and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
