Job Summary
- The IT Software & Hardware Manager oversees the procurement, deployment, provisioning, and maintenance of all healthcare technology infrastructure.
- This role spans core corporate applications, medical hardware, and strict regulatory governance to guarantee maximum operational availability for patient care. ]Key Responsibilities
- **Software & Application Management**
- Oversee operations of core healthcare management platforms including **Hospital Information Systems (HIS)**, **Electronic Medical Records (EMR)**, and **HRMS**.
- Manage software licensing compliance, updates, and application access provisioning.
- Supervise programmers and developers deploying healthcare AI or specialized digital health tools.
- **Hardware & Infrastructure Management**
- Maintain the lifecycle of medical endpoints like clinical desktops, laptops, biometric devices, and diagnostic scanners.
- Oversee data center operations, network connectivity, and storage systems across local servers and cloud environments.
- Manage accurate, up-to-date IT asset inventory tracking.
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
