Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Receptionist.
The Receptionist will handle front-desk operations such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer support.
The role also involves delivering administrative and clerical support, maintaining organized records, and acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and general administrative support
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative experience or certifications is a plus
