Nationality: Philippines Females ONLY
We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team in Qatar.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk representative
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience using POS systems, booking systems, dashboards, and daily operational software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage appointments, client records, payments, and reporting efficiently
Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and creating a professional first impression
- Managing appointments, calls, bookings, and daily schedules
- Handling customer inquiries professionally
- Processing payments and operating POS systems
- Coordinating with team members and management
- Managing booking systems and daily operational dashboards
- Maintaining front desk organization and client records
- Candidates must already be based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
