Now Hiring: Receptionist

We are currently looking for a professional and organized **Receptionist** to join our team.

-Position Details

  • **Job Title:** Receptionist
  • **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • **Location:** Qatar

-Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings for training sessions, workshops, and business meetings.
  • Maintain and update room booking calendars and schedules.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both Arabic and English.
  • Coordinate meeting room setup with internal departments.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared before scheduled events.
  • Report any maintenance or operational issues.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or administrative roles.
  • Fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar/booking systems.
  • Professional appearance with a customer-service mindset.
