We’re looking for a
friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our office.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is detail-oriented, and can manage front desk operations with confidence and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and warm manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Handle meeting room bookings and office coordination
- Support basic administrative and office tasks
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, professional, and approachable
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
