About This Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist Cum Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors while ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

Administrative Duties:

  • Perform general office administrative tasks
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and documents
  • Handle data entry and maintain databases
  • Support HR and management in daily operations

Office Management:

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or admin assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
