About The Job
An opportunity has risen at Mamsha Beach for Receptionist / Cashier
.
In this role, your will be responsible for managing guest arrivals, handling reservations, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service at the beach entrance or reception area.
This role ensures smooth guest flow, accurate billing, and a welcoming first impression of the beach facility.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures for beach access, cabanas, and reservations.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and digital transactions accurately and securely.
- Issue receipts, manage the POS system, and maintain proper financial records.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and general information about beach services and facilities.
- Coordinate with beach operations, F&B, and cabana teams to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure all daily transactions are balanced and reconciled at the end of the shift.
- Promote and upsell beach packages, cabanas, and additional services when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, and audit requirements.

- The ideal candidate for this position will display the following attributes:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, cashiering, or customer service roles.
- Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
