In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while delivering a high standard of service in a vibrant beachfront environment.
This role ensures quality, consistency, and efficiency in beverage preparation, while creating a positive and engaging guest experience
.
Main Duties & Responsibilitie
- s:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipe
- s.Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drink
- s.Take and process beverage orders accurately and efficientl
- y.Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to guest
- s.Interact with guests, make recommendations, and promote signature beverage
- s.courteously handle guest inquiries and feedbac
- k.Set up and maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all time
- s.Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of replenishment need
- s.Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and ingredient
- s.Process orders through POS systems accuratel
- y.Handle cash and billing procedures in line with company policie
- s.Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines and local regulation
- s.Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulation
- s.Ensure proper use and care of bar equipmen
- t.Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptl
