We are currently recruiting a Receptionist & Office Support for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi Office.
Purpose-
The Receptionist & Office Support Assistant will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming front-office experience. They will provides day-to-day administrative and hospitality support and will contribute to a smooth and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities-
Front Desk & Reception Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Handle meeting room bookings and prepare rooms
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
Hospitality & Client Service
- Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, water)
- Set up meeting rooms before meetings
- Maintain pantry and kitchen cleanliness
- Monitor and restock pantry supplies
Office Support
- Assist with administrative tasks (filing, scanning, printing)
- Handle courier services and mail distribution.
- Coordinate deliveries.
Facilities & Coordination
- Help maintain a clean and organized office
- Coordinate with cleaning staff and service providers
- Report maintenance or facility issues
Skills-
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or office support.
- Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
- Basic administrative and organizational skills.
