Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented **Arabic Receptionist** to join our Dermatology Department.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage patient appointments and administrative tasks efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for dermatology and aesthetic services.
  • Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Answer telephone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding clinic services.
  • Coordinate with dermatologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily cash records when required.
  • Verify insurance information and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Arabic nationality or native Arabic speaker preferred.
  • Minimum **2 yea**rs **of experience** as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Front Desk Officer, preferably in a medical center, dermatology clinic, or healthcare facility.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and clinic management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
