Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilitiessocial Media Management

• Manage and maintain the medical center's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track social media trends and recommend new strategies to increase engagement and reach.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports with key metrics and recommendations.

Content Creation

• Develop creative content, including graphics, videos, photos, and written materials for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots with healthcare professionals and staff.
• Ensure all content aligns with the medical center's branding guidelines and healthcare regulations.
• Create promotional materials, brochures, flyers, and advertisements for services and special offers.

Marketing Activities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote medical and dental services.
• Coordinate community outreach programs, health awareness campaigns, and special events.
• Support patient acquisition and retention strategies through digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and community partners.
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities and industry trends.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
• Coordinate with management, healthcare providers, and external vendors.
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum **1 year of experience** in marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Experience in healthcare, medical centers, clinics, or hospitals is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
