Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused **Patient Coordinator** to join our medical center.

The ideal candidate should be of **Arabic nationality**, possess excellent communication and administrative skills, and be responsible for ensuring a smooth patient journey from appointment scheduling to treatment completion while maintaining the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments with physicians and specialists.
  • Assist patients with registration, insurance verification, and required documentation.
  • Explain treatment plans, procedures, and appointment requirements as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Monitor patient flow and communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and outstanding requirements.
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
  • Assist in obtaining approvals and authorizations from insurance companies when required.
  • Prepare daily reports and update management regarding patient coordination activities.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Arabic Nationality (Preferred).
  • Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Patient Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **Arabic and English**.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and healthcare administration is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and patient-centered attitude.
