Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and clients

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with office management tools or booking systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
