About This Role

We are seeking a professional and well-organized HR Receptionist / Receptionist cum HR to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while supporting the HR and administration department with daily coordination and documentation activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage both front-desk operations and HR administrative tasks efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and professionalism
  • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor coordination
  • Receive, sort, and distribute courier and office correspondence
  • Coordinate office supplies and front-desk requirements

HR & Administration Support

  • Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and filing systems
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
  • Prepare HR letters, documents, and reports
  • Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, and employee documentation follow-up
  • Assist in leave tracking and timesheet management
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Reception, HR, or Administration
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Professional appearance and customer-service attitude
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, MEP, or technical services industry preferred
  • Familiarity with UAE office administration and HR procedures
  • Basic understanding of UAE labor documentation processes
