Role overview
Manage inquiries, coordinate trial classes, handle follow-ups, and support enrollments.
Assist with social media communication and cold calling to generate leads.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to new leads and maintain the inquiry list.
- Call potential clients, schedule trial classes, and follow up with parents and students.
- Convert inquiries and trials into enrollments; conduct cold calls to introduce programs.
- Handle calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries; maintain inquiry, trial, and enrollment records.
- Manage social media messages and post updates, announcements, and promotional content.
- Coordinate appointments and trial classes with teachers and instructors.
- Provide information about courses, schedules, and fees.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; confidence with calls, follow-ups, and client interaction.
- Ability to organize inquiry and enrollment records; basic social media management knowledge.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills; positive attitude and professional behavior.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 8 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 11 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Wednesday is the day off.
Pay
- AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
