Solid Rock Music Institute seeks an IT Support / System Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, maintain IT infrastructure, and support staff.
The role calls for knowledge of Windows Server, networking, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory accounts, permissions, and access.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP; monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and network connectivity.
- Manage routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
- Perform server backup, recovery, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Outlook and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Maintain antivirus protection, basic cybersecurity measures, and IT asset records and inventory.
- Provide on-site and remote employee support and keep IT systems secure, stable, and operational.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Good understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person; the role provides both on-site and remote technical support to employees.
