Receptionist role at a music institute in Dubai.
Supports prospective students and families with inquiries, trial classes, and enrollment follow-up.

Responsibilities
- Manage the inquiry list and respond promptly to new leads.
- Call potential clients, schedule trial classes, and follow up with parents and students afterward.
- Convert inquiries and trial classes into enrollments; make cold calls to generate leads and introduce programs.
- Handle calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries; maintain records of inquiries, trials, and enrollments.
- Manage social media messages and post updates, announcements, and promotional content.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate trial classes with teachers and instructors.
- Provide information about courses, schedules, and fees.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong MS Excel knowledge and confidence with calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Ability to organize inquiry and enrollment records.
- Basic knowledge of social media management.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills; positive attitude and professional behavior.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Wednesday is the day off.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
