Solid Rock Music Institute seeks an IT Support / System Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, maintain IT infrastructure, and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, including accounts, permissions, and access.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP; monitor LAN/WAN connectivity and support routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
- Perform server backup, recovery, monitoring, and maintenance; support Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and support printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Maintain antivirus protection, basic cybersecurity, and IT asset records and inventory.
- Provide on-site and remote employee support and keep systems secure, stable, and operational.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Good understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook; strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently and handle multiple issues efficiently.
