About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a talented and **creative Videographer/ Photographer** with mandatory experience in the Dubai real estate industry.
The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality property videos, agent reels, promotional content, and social media visuals for luxury and residential properties across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot professional property walkthrough videos, reels, and promotional content
- Capture high-quality interior, exterior, and drone footage of properties
- Edit videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Work closely with real estate agents and marketing teams
- Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Handle lighting, camera setup, audio, and post-production
- Ensure fast turnaround time for property listings and campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content
Requirements
- **Mandatory:** Previous videography experience in Dubai real estate market
- Strong portfolio of real estate video projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, gimbal, and drone equipment
- Knowledge of luxury property presentation and social media trends
- Strong editing, storytelling, and cinematography skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shoots
Preferred Qualifications
- **Experience creating content for luxury real estate brands**
- Knowledge of Dubai property areas and developer projects
