Telecaller/Business Development Associate – SURE Real Estate
SURE Real Estate is looking for a **motivated and results-driven Telecaller** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, providing accurate information about our real estate projects, and ensuring a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate qualified leads.
- Manage inbound inquiries and provide detailed project and service information.
- Present developer projects and company offerings in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Maintain and update client records accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested clients to schedule meetings or assist in closing deals.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
