1. Lead Qualification
- Strategically qualify leads through phone interactions.
- Assess client needs and financial capabilities.
- Categorize leads based on interest and potential for conversion.
- Document information accurately in CRM.
2. Meeting Qualification
- Schedule and organize effective meetings with qualified leads.
- Ensure meetings align with client preferences and team capacity.
- Provide relevant information for productive discussions.
3. Deal Closure and Negotiation
- Aid RM and clients through the closing process, addressing concerns.
- Collaborate on negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Facilitate documentation for finalizing transactions.
4. Commission Management
- Record closed deals and commissions accurately in the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum experience of one year in the Dubai Real Estate market.
- A sales-focused attitude.
- Understanding of the UAE property market.
- Experience in Tele sales or Telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, (Arabic, Persian, Russian, Dutch) is a plus.
- Dynamic and energetic personality.
- Proven track record in Tele sales or sales.
