Vahedna Real Estate is looking for an experienced **Real Estate Team Leader with UK market experience** to join our growing team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Experience handling the UK real estate market (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years UAE real estate experience
- Proven leadership or team management experience
- Strong sales and closing skills
- RERA certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of property consultants
- Drive sales and achieve team targets
- Train, support, and motivate agents
- Handle UK clients and international investors
- Assist in closing deals and managing key accounts
