Job Overview:
Vahedna Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of real estate experience and should bring an active sales team. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and the ability to drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage your sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Generate new business and expand client network
- Monitor team performance and daily activities
- Build strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations
- Support and train team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience
- Must have an active sales team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven sales track record
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
