About This Role

Job Title: Female Fresher Real Estate Agent

Job Description:
Vahedna Real Estate is looking for a motivated and dynamic Female Fresher Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer service, and property marketing, and confident in front of the camera.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings and confidently present properties, including on-camera promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
  • Stay updated with the Dubai real estate market and available listings.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Confident in front of the camera (for property marketing and social media).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
