Vahedna Real Estate is looking for a **Russian-speaking Real Estate Team Leader** to join our growing team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Russian speaker (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years UAE real estate experience
- Proven leadership or team handling experience
- Strong sales and closing skills
- RERA certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of property consultants
- Drive sales and achieve team targets
- Train, support, and motivate agents
- Assist in closing deals and handling clients
