As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and building long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and passionate about real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options to clients.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
- Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.
- Collaborate with the team to support company growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of real estate principles and property transactions.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
- Experience in real estate development projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- * Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant in the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong experience in Secondary Market (Resale) Properties, including buying, selling, and leasing transactions.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to build trust with clients and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and closing skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle are considered an advantag
