Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to help us expand our portfolio of apartments and villas.
Your main responsibility will be identifying and connecting with potential homeowners and property owners interested in short-term rental management.
This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for someone with strong networking and communication skills who enjoys sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for apartment and villa owners
- Reach out to potential homeowners through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and networking
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings with the Business Development team
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups
- Support portfolio growth in the hospitality and real estate sector
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or related fields is preferred
- Background in hospitality or real estate is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
Compensation
Performance-based commission for every successful homeowner/property signed.
