Sales Manager – Real Estate Brokerage
Fancy Homes Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Dubai
.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Dubai real estate brokerage market.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager within a real estate brokerage company (experience with developers only will not be considered).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s secondary and off-plan real estate markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- RERA certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of real estate brokers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Support agents in closing transactions and handling key client negotiations.
- Drive business growth through market expansion and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
