Position overview

Join Metropolitan Capital Real Estate as an International Property Consultant in Abu Dhabi.

The agency works in sales, leasing, and off-plan properties and provides access to property inventory, leads, and marketing support.

The role focuses on Abu Dhabi property transactions in primary off-plan and secondary markets.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales transactions across Abu Dhabi's in-demand communities.
  • Manage an active client database and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, and landlords.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Generate business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
  • Track Abu Dhabi market trends, regulations, and new developments.
  • Prepare and execute contracts in compliance with RERA regulations.

Requirements

  • At least one year of proven international real estate experience.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Fluency in English; Russian, Arabic, French, or Chinese is a plus.
