We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents who are ready to build a successful career in the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate and close sales and rental deals
- Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of listings
- Provide excellent customer service and market advice
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
Requirements
- **Minimum 2 years of real estate experience** (Dubai market preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
