About the Company
We are a growing real estate company focused on delivering quality residential and commercial property solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Handle property sales, client meetings, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams
Requirements
- Proven experience of 4-5 years in real estate sales (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional attitude
