Job Title: Cold Calling / Tele Sales Executive (Real Estate Experience Required)

We are a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, seeking experienced and confident Cold Calling / Tele Sales Executives with a background in real estate to generate qualified leads and support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential clients using provided databases
- Generate qualified leads for property sales and leasing
- Schedule appointments for real estate consultants
- Follow up with potential buyers, sellers, and tenants
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily reports
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into deals
Requirements
- **Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate or real estate tele sales**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Good understanding of real estate market processes
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated under pressure
- Basic computer and CRM skills
