About the brokerage
The locally owned, full-service brokerage is Corcoran's exclusive Canadian affiliate and serves resale, luxury, commercial and investment, and new development markets.
Support includes marketing, administrative and sales resources, technology, leadership guidance, onboarding, and training.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants; prospect and follow up to grow pipeline and referrals.
- Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing; research market activity and comparable properties.
- Coordinate showings, listing presentations, and open houses; prepare and negotiate offers.
- Use marketing tools and CRM, coordinate transaction milestones, maintain records, and meet professional and regulatory requirements.
What you bring
- Current RECO registration as a salesperson or broker, or eligibility to obtain registration before practising.
- Proactive business-building approach, strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Client-first mindset grounded in integrity and professionalism; willingness to learn, use technology, and participate in coaching and training.
- Previous real estate experience is valued but not required; newly registered applicants committed to the profession are encouraged.
- Additional language skills are an asset.
Compensation
- Commission-based compensation; earnings depend on completed transactions and the agreed commission arrangement.
- The posting states pay of $50,000 to $150,000 per year; commission structure, brokerage fees, and support will be discussed during interviews.

- Work location is in person.
