The role calls for a commercially driven leader who can build a winning sales culture, develop agents, and deliver results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate consultants.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential properties.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, pipelines, conversion rates, and performance.
- Build relationships with HNWIs, investors, developers, and key industry partners.
- Support agents in negotiations, closings, and complex high-value transactions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client network.
- Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism.
