Real Estate Property Consultant joining the company's team in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media.
- Conduct property viewings and inform prospective clients about properties.
- Build relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
- Track market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
- Negotiate deals, close transactions, and manage related documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous UAE real estate sales or leasing experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
