Top of the Top Properties is seeking a motivated, results-driven Real Estate Specialist.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investment options.
- Conduct property viewings and explain available properties to clients.
- Negotiate property transactions to achieve favorable client outcomes.
- Prepare and present property listings, sales offers, and market reports.
- Use CRM systems to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to support smooth transactions.
Candidate requirements
- At least 1–2 years of real estate sales or related sales experience is required.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Arabic or additional language fluency is advantageous.
