Top of the Top Properties is seeking a motivated, results-driven Senior Property Consultant for its real estate team.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investment options.
- Conduct property viewings and provide information about available properties.
- Negotiate transactions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Prepare and present property listings, sales offers, and market reports.
- Manage client interactions and accurate records using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to support transactions.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Fluency in English or Arabic.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
