The role emphasizes building a strong sales culture, developing agents, and delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate consultants.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential properties.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, pipelines, conversion rates, and performance.
- Build relationships with HNWIs, investors, developers, and industry partners.
- Support agents with negotiations, closings, and complex high-value transactions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client network.
- Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at Global Tower, Electra Street, Abu Dhabi.
