Premium UAE property company seeking a property advisor for luxury and prime real estate sales.
The company works with developers and exclusive listings in a results-driven sales environment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate, manage and close property sales transactions.
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate offers, contracts and terms.
- Maintain listing and client records using CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulations.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver customer service and after-sales support.
Job requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or property consultant.
- UAE real estate experience is highly preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven, self-motivated and results-oriented, with professional business conduct.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
