Role overview
The company is expanding its sales and leasing team and seeks an advisor to work with premium properties and prospective clients in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective tenants; conduct property tours and explain property features and benefits.
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Process lease applications, maintain accurate records, and coordinate lease agreements and renewals.
- Track property availability, pricing, and market trends.
- Follow company policies and leasing regulations and support occupancy and leasing targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate, leasing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
