Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective tenants professionally.
- Conduct property tours and highlight features and benefits.
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Process lease applications and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate lease agreements and renewals.
- Track property availability, pricing, and market trends.
- Follow company policies and leasing regulations.
- Support occupancy and leasing targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate, leasing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

- Work location is in person at 1403, Global Tower, Electra Street, Abu Dhabi.
