Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Build relationships with clients and investors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Analyze the Abu Dhabi real estate market and identify opportunities.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role.
- A valid UAE Real Estate Broker License is required.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; proven deal-closing ability is required.
- Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market; results-driven and highly motivated.
- English is required; Arabic and a UAE driving license are advantages.
Compensation
- The description lists AED 5,000 per month and separately states pay from AED 6,000 per month.
