Real estate broker role with Rose Island Real Estate in its Abu Dhabi branch.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and ambition are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ property needs and provide solutions for buying, selling, and renting.
- Generate leads and develop client relationships.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits.
- Negotiate and close deals, and follow up to build long-term client relationships.
- Update client and property information in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about UAE real estate trends.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams when required.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English; good English communication is required.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills; professional, ambitious, and able to work to targets.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is required.
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
- CRM and social media knowledge are a plus.
- A driving license is an advantage/preferred.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
Compensation
- Starting salary is AED 3,000 per month plus commission; the amount depends on experience and management approval.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
