Role overview

Rose Island Real Estate is hiring an HR Executive in Abu Dhabi.

The position supports recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, HR documentation, and general administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment through job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up; support recruitment across departments.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding; prepare employment documents, offer letters, HR letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and monitor attendance and leave.
  • Assist management with HR matters and employee coordination; liaise with PRO/Admin teams on visa and employment processes when needed.
  • Follow company HR procedures, maintain confidentiality, assist with performance reviews, engagement, and reporting, and support HR policy implementation.
  • Handle general HR and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of HR experience; UAE experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment and HR administration; basic UAE Labour Law knowledge is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Good written and spoken English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Real estate experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary

  • The description states AED 4,000 per month; the pay line gives a range of AED 3,800–4,000 per month.
