Rose Island Real Estate seeks experienced and motivated Real Estate Brokers for its Dubai team in Business Bay.
The role focuses on client relationships, understanding buyer and investor needs, property viewings, and closing transactions in Dubai.
Requirements
- Previous real estate sales experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; professional English communication skills.
- Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to generate, follow up, and convert leads.
- Comfort conducting client meetings and property viewings.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with company and self-generated leads; understand client requirements and investment objectives.
- Recommend suitable ready and off-plan properties, and arrange and conduct viewings.
- Present projects, prices, and payment plans professionally.
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, and developers.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
- Build long-term client relationships and stay informed about property launches, trends, and pricing.
- Work toward individual and company sales targets.
