Overview
Bin Turki Group is hiring Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai.
We welcome applications from UAE Nationals (Emiratis) at all experience levels — fresh graduates and seasoned sales professionals are both encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Stay up to date with UAE real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover process for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) — mandatory
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Passion for real estate and sales
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary
- Commission on closed deals
