Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (UAE Nationals)

Location: DAMAC Hills – Carson / Lagoons Sales Office, Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month + Commissions/Incentives

About The Role

We are seeking experienced Emirati / UAE National professionals to join our growing Real Estate team in Dubai.

We are hiring for both Sales and Business Development positions to help establish team structures, strengthen broker relationships, onboard channel partners, and drive business growth within the real estate sector.

  • Real Estate Sales Executive – 5 Positions
  • Business Development Executive – 5 Positions

Key Responsibilitiessales Executive

  • Generate and manage property sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners.
  • Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits with prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, and competitor activities.

Business Development Executive

  • Develop and expand broker and channel partner networks.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Onboard and manage brokerage firms and real estate agents.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate market.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market presence.
  • Organize networking events, broker engagement activities, and promotional initiatives.
  • Track business performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati) candidates only.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Broker Relations, or Business Development.
  • Strong network within the UAE real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
