Job Description (in Points):
- Lead end-to-end student admissions and enrollment growth strategy
- Manage and drive admissions/counseling team performance
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
- Ensure effective lead follow-up and CRM tracking for all inquiries
- Drive high conversion rates through training and coaching of team
- Personally handle premium and complex student conversions
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Own and achieve qualified lead generation targets
- Optimize marketing spend (CPL, CAC, ROI) for cost efficiency
- Develop regional and international student recruitment pipelines
- Build and manage agent, consultant, and referral networks
- Establish B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporates
- Analyze data and track campaign and admissions performance metrics
- Represent the organization in events, webinars, and education fairs
- Drive profitable growth through strategic planning and execution
